Hey arnold hitting u right in the feels

This was always my favorite episode in the whole show but this entire SHOW was feelsy and way more serious than any other kids show.

This show had:

A drug addiction allegory with Chocolate Boy.

A immigrant learns how to read the english language.

A character goes to a psychologist as seen above.

The effect that bullies can have on a child’s mental and emotional health.

A few episodes on how you shouldn’t let comments about how you look or grades on a test effect how you feel about yourself.

The importance of education.

The importance of family.

The importance of friends.

How you should value someone’s thoughts, personality and ideals more than how they look.

One of these episodes  is when Rhonda gets glasses that likens people with glasses in school to people of color during the civil rights movement.

The other one is when Ernie Potts falls in love with a beautiful plus sized model who after having the most fun that she could ever remember having with him, told him that they shouldn’t see each other again because Ernie had dwarfism and he stands up for himself.

This was one of the greatest shows of my childhood and it taught me so many things

blah-blahs:

This guy wants to be mad but can’t
